What is your Return Policy?
1. Return Window & Eligibility
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all requests.
2. Fees & Shipping
  • Restocking Fee: Returns due to "change of mind" are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. It is recommended to use a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
3. Damages, Defects, & Issues
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Shorestead will provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost Packages: If an order does not arrive within 3–5 business days, contact support for an investigation.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact support immediately to arrange an exchange for the correct product.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards (valid for 1 year).
  • Perishable or sanitary goods (unless unopened).

Manufactured from ultra-tough, rotationally molded polyethylene, these floats feature a seamless design equipped with heavy-duty mounting flanges that bolt directly to your wooden framework.

  • Premium (Foam Filled): The ultimate peace of mind. These floats are entirely filled with closed-cell EPS marine foam. Even in the extreme event of a severe puncture from a boat propeller or wildlife, a Titan float will never sink or lose buoyancy. Highly recommended for rough marinas, tidal saltwater, or commercial applications.

Which Height Do I Need?

  • 8-Inch Height (250lb Capacity): Ideal for low-profile docks, rowing platforms, and PWC ports.

  • 12-Inch Height (400lb Capacity): The industry standard. Perfect for standard 6'x12' or 8'x16' residential floating docks.

  • 16-Inch Height (550lb - 600lb Capacity): For heavy commercial docks, multi-slip marinas, or platforms carrying heavy structures (like a boathouse or massive gangway).
