1. Return Window & Eligibility

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all requests.

2. Fees & Shipping

• Restocking Fee: Returns due to "change of mind" are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. It is recommended to use a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

3. Damages, Defects, & Issues

• Damaged/Defective Goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Shorestead will provide a replacement or a full refund.
• Lost Packages: If an order does not arrive within 3–5 business days, contact support for an investigation.
• Incorrect Items: Contact support immediately to arrange an exchange for the correct product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Gift cards (valid for 1 year).
• Perishable or sanitary goods (unless unopened).

5. Refund Process

• Approval: Refunds are only issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cancellations: Full refunds are available if you cancel within 24 hours of order placement (provided the item hasn't shipped).
