What is your Return Policy?
1. Return Window & Eligibility
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all requests.
2. Fees & Shipping
  • Restocking Fee: Returns due to "change of mind" are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. It is recommended to use a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
3. Damages, Defects, & Issues
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Shorestead will provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost Packages: If an order does not arrive within 3–5 business days, contact support for an investigation.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact support immediately to arrange an exchange for the correct product.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards (valid for 1 year).
  • Perishable or sanitary goods (unless unopened).

  • Plug and Play Power: A single, discrete outdoor-rated cable connects the pod directly to your home's existing power panel. All interior wiring is fully concealed, delivering a maximum capacity of 2,750W (110V/25A) across three wall outlets, a ceiling light, a ventilator, and an Ethernet port.

  • Flexible, Adjustable Foundation: No poured concrete slab or heavy excavation required. The pod rests on six height-adjustable foundation feet, allowing for direct installation on grass, gravel, dirt, brick, or concrete. It accommodates slopes up to 5° (roughly 4.5 inches) and supports up to 2.9 tons.

  • Fast 1-2 Day Setup: Ships in modular crates with all necessary components and requires no crane or heavy machinery. Assembly can be completed DIY in just 1-2 days.
