What is your Return Policy?
1. Return Window & Eligibility
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all requests.
2. Fees & Shipping
  • Restocking Fee: Returns due to "change of mind" are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees. It is recommended to use a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
3. Damages, Defects, & Issues
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Shorestead will provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Lost Packages: If an order does not arrive within 3–5 business days, contact support for an investigation.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact support immediately to arrange an exchange for the correct product.
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Gift cards (valid for 1 year).
  • Perishable or sanitary goods (unless unopened).

Select your snubber based on the thickness (diameter) of the dock lines you currently use for your vessel:

  • Small: Fits 3/8" to 7/16" lines (Ideal for PWC and small aluminum boats).

  • Medium: Fits 7/16" to 5/8" lines (Standard for most center consoles and ski boats).

  • Large: Fits 1/2" to 3/4" lines (Required for heavy cruisers and wake boats).

(Note: Mooring lines are not included. This product weaves directly into your existing setup).
